Customer Reviews:
Fun, but not very well designed June 14, 2010 Michael Lohrey (Lackawanna, NY) I enjoy solving the Rubik's 5x5, but this cube is very fragile. I feel like I'm going to break this thing by accident every time I play with it. Kinda makes it useless for speed cubing. The quality of this cube (or the lack thereof) is something you'd expect more from a cheap imitation made in some sweat shop in China that you'd find at the dollar store. You'd think that Rubik's would have the money, resources and the knowledge to build a more durable cube that is easy to move without it almost falling apart on you. Overall, I am rather disappointed in the quality and durability of the Rubik's 5x5. I've heard the V-cube is a way better design, so I might give that a try sometime.
I love this cube! June 3, 2010 Harold J. Lake Jr. Excellent product. This cube is one of the sturdiest and most challenging "brain teasers" that I have ever had the pleasure of playing with. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to spend some "off" time challenging themselves.
Rubik's Cube Review February 11, 2010 Joe V. Taylor (Boise, Id) I purchased this item as a gift for my 20 year old grandson who is in Brazil. He told me he wanted one so that's the reson I purchased it. I think he wanted it because it would be a challange to solve.
